All cancellations and transfers of registration must be made in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

If we cancel this event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to another Practitioner if the registered Practitioner is unable to attend the event.
Transfers must be made by the registered Practitioner in writing to us no later than 2 days prior to the event.
Details must include the transferee’s full name, their job title, daytime phone number, and email address.
All other registration and access details will be assigned to the new Practitioner unless otherwise specified.
