General Terms and Conditions

Ticket Fee:

Ticket fee includes access to participate in all sessions.

Ticket fees do not include accommodation, travel, or additional meals.

By registering you accept the Event will be recorded or photographed and give permission to appear in the recordings and photographs.

Places are allocated according to the date which payment is received by The SIBO Doctor Team (the Event organiser) unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement.

Advice regarding the number of places remaining does not guarantee a place.

Registrations and payment must be received by the organiser before the closing date: 25 October 2018 (AEST).

Prior to the Event commencement, you will receive an acceptance email, a tax receipt and any other information relevant to the conference.

If you do not receive confirmation of your registration please contact The Conference Organisers at [email protected].

The Event organiser accepts no responsibility for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of registration.

Whilst the program is correct at the time of publishing, we reserve the right to make changes to the program, location and/or speakers without prior notice.

Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from such changes.

Views expressed by guest speakers are their own.

The Event organisers disclaim any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any guest speaker at the event or in any documentation provided by them. The Event organiser acknowledges and respects the privacy of its delegates, speakers and participants.

The information you provide on this form is “personal information” as defined by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

This information is being collected for the purpose of processing your registration and keeping you informed about upcoming events. The intended recipients of your information are the Event organiser and/or service providers engaged by the Event Organiser.

The provision of this information is voluntary but if this information is not provided, the Event organiser may be unable to process your registration. You have the right of access to and alteration of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act. Please direct any enquiries you may have in relation to this matter to the Event Organiser.

The website may contain links to external websites and this privacy statement does not extend to those external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites.  

  1. Refunds and Cancellations: Full priced tickets purchased via website are partially refundable as detailed below.

    The delegate who wishes to withdraw from the Event must do so in via email and notify the organiser of their date of purchase. Upon verification of purchase a refund will be issued (via Stripe) minus administration fee according to the below: If a cancellation of a full priced ticket is received on or before Friday 3 August 2018, we will refund your ticket less an administration fee of $50.
    No refund on full priced tickets will be available after the close of business day AEST on Friday 3 August 2018.
