NEW SIBO Guidelines Webinar
Free Event with Dr Mark Pimentel
WHEN: USA - Thursday, March 25th, 6pm Pacific
Australia - Friday, March 26th, 12pm (AEST)
Learn more about the latest in IBS research from renowned SIBO researcher, Dr Mark Pimentel.
Do you see chronic SIBO patients in your clinic? Do they seem to relapse more frequently than other patients? They may actually have autoimmune IBS, meaning their anti-vinculin and/or anti-CdtB antibodies may be high. In this condition, antibodies formed after food poisoning are actually damaging the nervous system of the gut, causing the normal cleansing wave of the small intestine to be malfunctioning. This can lead to an endless merry-go-round of SIBO relapses and these patients often need conventional prokinetics to be successfully treated.
To celebrate the launch of this blood test, SIBOtest has invited Dr Mark Pimentel back for a riveting free webinar and Q&A session (Last year we had a HUGE number of practitioners join us.)
Tune in to hear esteemed SIBO researcher Dr Mark Pimentel discuss the efficacy and usefulness of this test in clinical practice. (Available now in Australia from SIBOTest.com).
Mark Pimentel, MD, is currently the head of the Pimentel Laboratory and executive director of the Medically Associated Science and Technology (MAST) Program at Cedars-Sinai. This program focuses on the development of drugs, diagnostic tests and devices related to conditions of the microbiome.
